Citrus and Fruit Trees
Home grown always tastes better! With so many varieties that grow here, it’s hard not to find space for a few fruit trees, if not a whole orchard!
Mandarin or Tangerine Trees
Satsumas (Miko Satsuma, Owari Satsuma, Brown Select Satsuma, Mr. Mac Satsuma and Seto Satsuma) - Very early ripening, mild to very sweet in flavor, often able to be eaten if skin still green and is seedless.
Clementine Mandarin - Medium size tree, very juicy, very easy to peel and fruit holds well on tree. Sunburst Tangerine - Known for consistently high quality taste and dependable production. Deep orange color appears early in the season, and is an indicator of high sugar content and high acidity. |
